Speed.
Smash that throttle and steer through traffic to rack up your score. The faster you go, the more points you get. Collectibles help you gain more score, as well as powerups that double your multiplier or even ones that give you an invincibility bubble shield with which you can deflect traffic.
Careful though; higher speeds mean a higher chance that the police will notice. They’ll pursue you aggressively, so keep your speed up and put traffic between you and your pursuers to stay safe.
